Majestic Steel USA, Inc. (“Majestic Steel”) has a thriving user community and actively encourages user generated content (“UGC”) in a variety of forums, which may include, but are not limited to, blogs, chat rooms, message boards or other interactive user forums (each a “UGC Forum”). Majestic Steel is dedicated to the UGC community and strives to maintain respectful, engaging and informative conversations. If you, as a user, wish to participate in a UGC Forum, you must accept this policy (this “Comment Policy”). PLEASE READ THIS COMMENT POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE. Your use of this Internet Web Site (the “Site”) constitutes your agreement to this Comment Policy and Majestic Steel’s Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) and Majestic Steel’s Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). - Directly or indirectly attacking, name-calling or insulting other, as well as attempting to derail, hijack, troll or bait others into an emotional response;
- Impersonating any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Majestic Steel shareholder, officer, director, employee, or agent, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, including Majestic Steel;
- Uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (including, but not limited to, inside information, proprietary and confidential information or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
- Uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, rights of privacy or publicity or other proprietary rights of any party;
- Uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting unsolicited commercial email or “spam”. This includes unethical marketing, advertising or any other practice that is in any way connected with “spam,” including, but not limited to, (a) sending mass email to recipients who have not requested email from you or with a fake return address, (b) promoting a site with deceptive or otherwise inappropriate links, titles or descriptions or (c) promoting your site by posting multiple submissions in public forums that are identical;
- Uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- Intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local, state, federal or international law;
- Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual;
- Offer for sale or sell any item, good or service that (x) violates any applicable federal, state or local law or regulation, (y) you do not have full power and authority under all relevant laws and regulations to offer and sell, including all necessary licenses and authorizations or (z) Majestic Steel, in its sole discretion, determines is inappropriate for sale through a UGC Forum;
- Interfere with or disrupt a UGC Forum or servers or networks connected to a UGC Forum, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to a UGC Forum;
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify or hack the blog site or underlying software, or to defeat or overcome any encryption and/or digital rights management technology implemented by Majestic Steel with respect to a UGC Forum and/or data transmitted, processed or stored by Majestic Steel; or
- Use a UGC Forum for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by this Comment Policy or the Terms of Use, the terms of which are incorporated into this Comment Policy by reference.
MODERATION
Majestic Steel may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review a UGC Forum, however, Majestic Steel will have no liability related to a transmission, posting or communication, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, trademark, libel, privacy, obscenity or otherwise. To maintain a civil atmosphere and ensure that this Comment Policy is followed, our moderation team may read comments before they are displayed to other users. If this is the case, you may see your comment pending approval. Approval times can vary depending on the site-wide comment load. Please don’t resubmit if your comment doesn’t appear immediately Majestic Steel will have no liability related to a transmission, posting or communication, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, trademark, libel, privacy, obscenity or otherwise.

A UGC Forum may contain certain proprietary content of Majestic Steel that is protected by copyright or other laws respecting proprietary rights. Majestic Steel retains all rights in a UGC Forum, including, without limitation, all copyright and other proprietary rights in all media. By posting content to a UGC Forum, you hereby grant Majestic Steel a perpetual, exclusive, unrestricted, non-revocable, royalty-free license to use, print, publish, sell, copy, distribute, make derivative works of and license others to use the content in any form or medium, now or hereafter existing, or in any language during the full term of the copyright therein. You acknowledge that any Majestic Steel publication (in any format) containing such content will contain a Majestic Steel copyright notice.
PRIVACY POLICY
All user information submitted by you to, or posted on, a UGC Forum is subject to the Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated into this Comment Policy by reference. The Privacy Policy governs the use of information by Majestic Steel only, and Majestic Steel disclaims any responsibility for use of such information by any third party.
