Majestic Orders Blanking Lines From Red Bud

Majestic Steel USA, Inc., a service center company headquartered in Cleveland, has ordered a Precision Multi-Blanking Line and a Precision Blanking Line from Red Bud Industries.

The new Multi-Blanking Line will be used to process cold-rolled steel, galvanized material, and prepainted coils. The system will be able to process coils up to 60,000 pounds, widths up to 72 inches and thicknesses up to 0.187 inches The line will feature a Red Bud Industries Servo Roll Feed, CNC Programmable Slitter and Scrap Choppers. This combination of machines will give Majestic Steel the ability to produce close tolerance blanks and allow the quickest set up and changeover times in the industry.

The line also includes automatic strip divider positioning. While the operator is setting up the Slitting Head, the Strip Divider Positioning System will automatically set up the dividers. In addition, the system will feature an Automatic Pallet Loading System with a Skid Dispenser.
The new Precision Blanking Line will also be used to process cold-rolled steel, galvanized material and prepainted coils. The line will be able to process coils up to 60,000 pounds, at widths up to 72 inches and thicknesses up to 0.060 inchees. This system will also feature an Automatic Pallet Loading System with a Skid Dispenser.
