CLEVELAND, Dec. 3, 2018 — Majestic Steel USA, Inc. (“Majestic”), a leading steel service center, announced today it has completed the acquisition of the business assets of Titan Metal Service, Inc. (“Titan”), a Tampa, Florida based steel service center and processor.

This strategic acquisition represents a significant step in Majestic’s strategy to expand its business in the coated flat-rolled market. The addition of Titan enables Majestic to increase its presence and reach in the Southeast, particularly the growing Florida market.
