MAJESTIC EXPANDS ITS STEEL SUPPLY TO LAS VEGAS & WELCOMES P&S METALS SUPPLY TO THE FAMILY
Cleveland, Ohio, December 11, 2020 — Majestic Steel USA, Inc. (“Majestic”), a leading steel service center, announced today it has completed the acquisition of the business assets of P&S Metals and Supply (“P&S”), a Las Vegas, Nevada based steel service center and processor.
The addition of P&S enables Majestic to increase its presence and reach in the Western United States, particularly the growing Nevada market. It also extends our downstream capabilities and product lines with the benefits of volume growth and operational efficiencies.
